Cottages

Cottages are groupings of church members based on location and is under the leadership of a chairperson who is a church elder. The chairperson has a committee to assist in running the cottage. The positions in the committee are at the discretion of the members of the cottage. They commonly have a chairperson, vice-chairperson and a treasurer. We currently have 5 cottages.

In the local language the cottages are called "Milaga (Mlaga for singular)".

The functions of these cottages are:

• Strengthen one another in the word of God
• Involve members in church activities
• Looking out for the well being of the members in the area
• Making sure that the church members are well disciplined
• Act as an office were members can present issues requiring the church's leadership attention
• Ensure their is growth spiritually and in numbers
